Mugib provides an AI-powered customer support platform that enables businesses to create, train, and deploy intelligent AI agents. Our Services include:

  • AI agent creation and management dashboard.
  • Knowledge base upload and processing.
  • Multi-channel deployment (website widget, API, messaging platforms).
  • Analytics and conversation monitoring.
  • Multilingual support capabilities.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Your Content and Data

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the content, data, and materials you upload to Mugib ("Your Content"). This includes your knowledge base documents, training data, and customer conversation logs.

4.2 License to Us

By uploading Your Content, you grant Mugib a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

4.3 Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.
  • You must have the right to share any content you upload.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Use the service to generate illegal or harmful content.
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be automatically downgraded unless you select a paid plan. No credit card is required for the free trial.

8. Service Level

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
  • AI responses are generated based on your knowledge base and may not always be perfect.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI agent performance.

9. Intellectual Property

Mugib retains all rights to our platform, technology, trademarks, and proprietary content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mugib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mugib harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
  • Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

6. الدفع والفوترة

8. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن يكون مجيب مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك لخدماتنا.

9. الإنهاء

  • يمكنك إلغاء حسابك في أي وقت من خلال لوحة التحكم.
  • قد نعلق أو ننهي حسابك في حالة انتهاك هذه الشروط.
  • عند الإنهاء، سيتم الاحتفاظ ببياناتك لمدة 30 يوماً قبل الحذف النهائي.
