Configure Your Bot إعداد البوت

Bot Name

This is the name your customers will see at the top of the chat. Use a friendly name that fits your brand — Zara, Atlas, Nova — rather than a generic "Support Bot".

Language

Choose the primary language for your bot:

• Arabic — responds only in Arabic
• English — responds only in English
• Auto-detect — detects the user's language and responds in the same language (recommended for bilingual audiences)

Welcome Message

The first message sent to every new conversation. Keep it friendly and direct. Example:

Hello! I'm Zara, your AI assistant. How can I help you today? 👋

Out-of-Scope Message

What the bot says when a question is outside its knowledge. Be honest and offer a fallback:

I'm not able to help with that right now. Please contact our team at [email protected].

You can define variables that are passed to your AI bot as dynamic context. Add them in Settings → Variables. Examples:

• {{BOT_NAME}} → Zara
• {{COMPANY}} → ACME Inc.
• {{LANGUAGE}} → Arabic

These variables are injected into your System Prompt and help the AI personalise responses.

The System Prompt is the core instruction set given to your AI before every conversation. It defines the bot's personality, rules, and boundaries.

Generate Automatically

Click Generate Prompt and Mugib will create a tailored prompt based on your project name, language, and bot name. This is the fastest way to get started.

Edit Manually

After generating, you can fine-tune it. Common adjustments:

• Add a tone instruction: "Always respond in a warm, friendly tone"
• Set hard rules: "Never reveal pricing. Direct pricing questions to the sales team."
• Define a persona: "You are Zara, a support specialist for ACME's e-commerce platform."

Under AI Settings, select the model that powers your bot:

• Mugib Light — fastest response, most economical. Great for FAQs and simple queries.
• Mugib Standard — balanced speed and quality. The recommended default for most projects.
• Mugib Pro — most powerful. Best for complex, multi-step questions and long documents.

If you're unsure, start with Mugib Standard and upgrade if your users ask complex questions.

اسم البوت

هذا هو الاسم الذي سيراه عملاؤك في أعلى المحادثة. استخدم اسماً ودياً يناسب علامتك التجارية — زارا، أطلس، نوفا — بدلاً من "بوت الدعم" العادي.

اللغة

اختر اللغة الأساسية لبوتك:

• العربية — يرد بالعربية فقط
• الإنجليزية — يرد بالإنجليزية فقط
• الكشف التلقائي — يكتشف لغة المستخدم ويرد بها (موصى به لجمهور ثنائي اللغة)

رسالة الترحيب

أول رسالة تُرسَل لكل محادثة جديدة. اجعلها ودية ومباشرة. مثال:

أهلاً! أنا زارا، مساعدتك الذكية. كيف أقدر أساعدك اليوم؟ 👋

رسالة خارج النطاق

ما يقوله البوت عندما يكون السؤال خارج معرفته. كن صادقاً وقدّم بديلاً:

لا أستطيع المساعدة في هذا الآن. يرجى التواصل مع فريقنا على [email protected].

يمكنك تعريف متغيرات تُمرَّر لبوت AI كسياق ديناميكي. أضفها في الإعدادات ← المتغيرات. أمثلة:

• {{BOT_NAME}} → زارا
• {{COMPANY}} → شركة أكمي
• {{LANGUAGE}} → العربية

تُحقَن هذه المتغيرات في الـ System Prompt وتساعد AI على تخصيص الردود.

الـ System Prompt هو مجموعة التعليمات الأساسية المقدَّمة لـ AI قبل كل محادثة. يُحدد شخصية البوت، قواعده، وحدوده.

التوليد التلقائي

انقر توليد برومبت وسيُنشئ مجيب برومبتاً مخصصاً بناءً على اسم مشروعك، لغتك، واسم البوت. هذه أسرع طريقة للبدء.

التعديل اليدوي

بعد التوليد، يمكنك الضبط الدقيق. التعديلات الشائعة:

• إضافة تعليمات النبرة: "دائماً أجب بنبرة دافئة وودية"
• تحديد قواعد صارمة: "لا تكشف أبداً عن الأسعار. أحل أسئلة الأسعار لفريق المبيعات."
• تعريف شخصية: "أنت زارا، متخصصة دعم لمنصة تجارة إلكترونية لشركة أكمي."

تحت إعدادات AI، اختر النموذج الذي يُشغّل بوتك:

• Mugib Light — أسرع استجابة وأكثر اقتصادية. رائع للأسئلة الشائعة والاستفسارات البسيطة.
• Mugib Standard — توازن بين السرعة والجودة. الافتراضي الموصى به لمعظم المشاريع.
• Mugib Pro — الأكثر قدرة. الأفضل للأسئلة المعقدة متعددة الخطوات والمستندات الطويلة.

إذا لم تكن متأكداً، ابدأ بـ Mugib Standard وارفّع المستوى إذا كان مستخدموك يطرحون أسئلة معقدة.
