Sign up for Mugib and get familiar with the dashboard in under 5 minutes. سجّل في مجيب وتعرّف على لوحة التحكم في أقل من 5 دقائق.
Mugib is a platform that lets you build AI-powered support agents for your business. In this first lesson, you'll create your account and understand the main areas of the dashboard.
Step 1: Sign Up
- Go to app.mugib.com/register
- Enter your full name, email address, and a password
- Click Create Account
- Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside
- You'll be redirected to your Mugib dashboard
Step 2: Understand the Dashboard
Once inside the dashboard, you'll see the main navigation on the left:
- Projects — your AI agents. Each project is one bot.
- Analytics — conversation reports and unanswered questions
- Settings — your account, team members, and billing
On your first login, the dashboard will prompt you to Create Your First Project. You can do that in the next lesson.
Step 3: Invite Your Team (Optional)
If you want teammates to help configure the bot, go to Settings → Team and send them an invite via email. They'll get their own login and access to the same projects.

الخطوة 2: فهم لوحة التحكم

- المشاريع — وكلاء AI الخاصين بك. كل مشروع هو بوت واحد.
- التحليلات — تقارير المحادثات والأسئلة غير المجاب عليها
- الإعدادات — حسابك، أعضاء الفريق، والفواتير
عند أول تسجيل دخول، ستطالبك لوحة التحكم بـ إنشاء مشروعك الأول. سنفعل ذلك في الدرس التالي.
الخطوة 3: دعوة فريقك (اختياري)
إذا أردت زملاء للمساعدة في ضبط البوت، اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الفريق وأرسل لهم دعوة عبر البريد الإلكتروني. سيحصلون على تسجيل دخول خاص بهم والوصول لنفس المشاريع.
