Your bot will never be perfect on day one. The teams that improve it every week see dramatically better results within a month. Here's the system built into Mugib to make that easy.
The Unanswered Questions Log
Inside your project, go to Analytics → Unanswered Questions.
This list shows every message from real users that your bot couldn't answer with confidence — either because the content wasn't in the knowledge base, or the bot's confidence score was too low.
Each entry shows:
- The exact question the user asked
- The channel it came from (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- The date and time
Prioritizing What to Fix
Sort the questions by frequency. Questions appearing 3 or more times are your highest priority. Then categorize:
- Genuinely missing — a valid question not covered in your knowledge base → add it
- Phrasing mismatch — the content exists but the user's phrasing differed → add a Q&A entry with the user's exact phrasing
- Out of scope — unrelated to your business → no action needed, bot's out-of-scope message handles it
Updating the Knowledge Base
For each gap identified:
- Go to Knowledge Base → Add Entry → Text
- Add a Q&A entry using the user's exact phrasing as the question
- Write a clear, concise answer
- Save and re-test in the Chat Tester
Q: Do you deliver outside Riyadh?
A: Yes, we deliver nationwide. Shipping outside Riyadh takes 2-3 business days. Tuning the System Prompt
If your bot consistently:
- Gives overly long answers → add "Keep responses under 3 sentences" to the system prompt
- Answers in the wrong language → add "Always respond in Arabic regardless of the user's language"
- Goes off-topic → add "Only answer questions directly related to [your business]"
Go to Settings → System Prompt, edit, and save. Test immediately with the Chat Tester.
Weekly Improvement Routine
Set a 20-minute block every Monday to:
- Review the Unanswered Questions from the past week
- Add 3–5 new Q&A entries
- Re-test the affected questions
Teams that follow this routine consistently reach 85%+ answer rates within 4 weeks.

سجل الأسئلة غير المجاب عليها
داخل مشروعك، اذهب لـ التحليلات ← الأسئلة غير المجاب عليها.
هذه القائمة تُظهر كل رسالة من مستخدمين حقيقيين لم يستطع بوتك الإجابة عليها بثقة — إما لأن المحتوى لم يكن في قاعدة المعرفة، أو لأن درجة ثقة البوت كانت منخفضة جداً.
كل إدخال يُظهر:
- السؤال الذي طرحه المستخدم بالضبط
- القناة التي جاء منها (واتساب، تيليجرام، إلخ.)
- التاريخ والوقت
تحديد أولوية ما يجب إصلاحه
رتّب الأسئلة حسب التكرار. الأسئلة التي تظهر 3 مرات أو أكثر هي الأولوية الأعلى. ثم صنّف:
- غائب حقاً — سؤال صحيح غير مغطى في قاعدة المعرفة ← أضفه
- عدم تطابق الصياغة — المحتوى موجود لكن صياغة المستخدم اختلفت ← أضف إدخال Q&A بصياغة المستخدم الدقيقة
- خارج النطاق — غير ذي صلة بعملك ← لا حاجة لإجراء، رسالة خارج النطاق تتعامل معه
تحديث قاعدة المعرفة
لكل ثغرة مُحددة:
- اذهب لـ قاعدة المعرفة ← إضافة إدخال ← نص
- أضف إدخال Q&A باستخدام صياغة المستخدم الدقيقة كسؤال
- اكتب إجابة واضحة وموجزة
- احفظ وأعد الاختبار في أداة اختبار المحادثة
س: هل توصلون خارج الرياض؟
ج: نعم، نوصل لجميع أنحاء المملكة. الشحن خارج الرياض يستغرق 2-3 أيام عمل. ضبط الـ System Prompt
إذا كان بوتك باستمرار:
- يُعطي إجابات طويلة جداً ← أضف "اجعل الردود في 3 جمل أو أقل" للـ system prompt
- يرد باللغة الخاطئة ← أضف "دائماً أجب بالعربية بصرف النظر عن لغة المستخدم"
- يخرج عن الموضوع ← أضف "أجب فقط على الأسئلة المتعلقة مباشرة بـ [عملك]"
اذهب لـ الإعدادات ← System Prompt، عدّل، واحفظ. اختبر فوراً بأداة اختبار المحادثة.
روتين التحسين الأسبوعي
خصّص 20 دقيقة كل اثنين لـ:
- مراجعة الأسئلة غير المجاب عليها من الأسبوع الماضي
- إضافة 3–5 إدخالات Q&A جديدة
- إعادة اختبار الأسئلة المتأثرة
الفرق التي تتبع هذا الروتين باستمرار تصل لـ 85%+ من معدلات الإجابة خلال 4 أسابيع.
