Quick Setup with the Builder إعداد سريع مع المُنشئ
Use the AI Builder to generate your knowledge base and system prompt in minutes, without writing anything manually. استخدم مُنشئ AI لتوليد قاعدة معرفتك والـ system prompt في دقائق، دون كتابة أي شيء يدوياً.
The Builder is a 3-step wizard that appears automatically when you create a new project. It uses AI to generate your knowledge base entries and system prompt from a short description of your business — so you can skip the manual setup and get to testing faster.
Step 1 — Describe Your Business
Type a description of your business in the text area. Be specific:
- ✅ "We are a Riyadh-based electronics retailer. We sell phones, laptops, and accessories. We offer free delivery over 200 SAR, a 14-day return policy, and 1-year warranty on all items."
- ❌ "We sell stuff."
Then click AI Generate KB. Mugib reads your description and generates 5–15 knowledge base entries covering FAQs, policies, and common questions a customer might ask.
You'll see the generated entries in a table. You can:
- ✏️ Edit any entry to adjust the wording
- 🗑️ Delete entries that don't apply
- ➕ Add manually if you need entries the AI didn't cover
- 📤 Upload a file (PDF/DOCX/TXT) — the AI will extract entries from it
Once satisfied, click Save & Continue.
Step 2 — Generate System Prompt
Click AI Generate Prompt. Mugib will create a system prompt tailored to your business — setting the bot's persona, language, and scope.
You can edit the generated prompt directly in the text area before saving. Common edits:
- Change the bot's name
- Specify a language preference ("Always respond in Arabic")
- Restrict the scope ("Only answer questions about our products")
Click Save & Continue.
Step 3 — You're Ready!
The Builder is complete. You'll see two options:
- Go to Settings — review and fine-tune your bot configuration
- Test Your Bot — jump straight to the Playground to chat with your bot
We recommend testing first, then using the Knowledge Base tab to add more content as you discover gaps.
المُنشئ هو معالج من 3 خطوات يظهر تلقائياً عند إنشاء مشروع جديد. يستخدم AI لتوليد إدخالات قاعدة معرفتك والـ system prompt من وصف قصير لعملك — لتتخطى الإعداد اليدوي وتصل للاختبار بشكل أسرع.
الخطوة 1 — صف عملك
اكتب وصفاً لعملك في منطقة النص. كن محدداً:
- ✅ "نحن متجر إلكترونيات في الرياض. نبيع الهواتف والحواسيب والإكسسوارات. نوفر توصيلاً مجانياً فوق 200 ريال وسياسة إرجاع لمدة 14 يوماً وضماناً لمدة سنة على جميع المنتجات."
- ❌ "نبيع أشياء."
ثم انقر AI توليد قاعدة المعرفة. يقرأ مجيب وصفك ويُولّد 5–15 إدخال قاعدة معرفة تغطي الأسئلة الشائعة والسياسات والأسئلة التي قد يطرحها العميل.
ستجد الإدخالات المُولّدة في جدول. يمكنك:
- ✏️ تعديل أي إدخال لضبط الصياغة
- 🗑️ حذف الإدخالات التي لا تنطبق
- ➕ الإضافة يدوياً إذا أردت إدخالات لم يُغطّها AI
- 📤 رفع ملف (PDF/DOCX/TXT) — سيستخرج AI الإدخالات منه
بعد الرضا عن النتيجة، انقر حفظ ومتابعة.
الخطوة 2 — توليد الـ System Prompt
انقر AI توليد الـ Prompt. سيُنشئ مجيب system prompt مُخصّص لعملك — يضبط شخصية البوت ولغته ونطاقه.
يمكنك تعديل الـ prompt المُولَّد مباشرة في منطقة النص قبل الحفظ. التعديلات الشائعة:
- تغيير اسم البوت
- تحديد تفضيل اللغة ("دائماً أجب بالعربية")
- تقييد النطاق ("أجب فقط عن أسئلة تخص منتجاتنا")
انقر حفظ ومتابعة.
الخطوة 3 — أنت جاهز!
اكتمل المُنشئ. ستجد خيارين:
- اذهب للإعدادات — راجع وأتقن إعداد بوتك
- اختبر بوتك — انتقل مباشرة للملعب للتحدث مع بوتك
نوصي بالاختبار أولاً ثم استخدام تبويب قاعدة المعرفة لإضافة المزيد من المحتوى كلما اكتشفت ثغرات.
